Teachers and Students of Millbrooke with HBC members

Mayor Dan Kemp along with the Hopkinsville Beautification Commission celebrated Arbor Day with the students and staff of Millbrooke Elementary School on Friday, April 3, 2009, with the reading of a proclamation and planting of the state tree, Tulip Poplar. The kindergarten students all participated in the planting. Over 600 redbud seedlings and recycled pencils were distributed to the students and staff in honor of the special day.
