Homes and businesses will be judged the week of December 6 and announced at the Pennyrile Polar Express downtown Saturday, December 11th, 2010, 5:00pm, at the Pennyroyal Area Museum. Winners receive a certificate of recognition and will be featured in the December issue of the Kentucky New Era Keep It Clean Keep It Green.
