Trash For Cash

Trash for Cash is a grant funded litter abatment program designed to reward non-profit organizations as they collect trash along our city streets. The late Richard Smith and the Eastside Neighborhood Association This year the program will run from April thru October 2009 or until 125 miles of city streets have been completed.
