COALITION COMMITTEES

Community Education Summit Planning Committee -  Mark your calendars for the Regional Education Summit 2011 to be held at Hopkinsville Community College on Saturday, February 5, 2011 from 8am until noon.  Themed Preparing Our Children for Their Future, the summit once again boasts collaboration between Christian, Todd, and Trigg Counties to bring national presenters including keynote speaker and standards expert Mr. Gene Wilhoit.  Wilhoit currently serves as Executive Director of the Council of Chief State School Officers in Washington, D.C.  Email us at ccec@hopkinsvilleky.us to volunteer at the event.

Community Accountability Committee - This group develops ideas, organizes projects, and raises funds for student, teacher, and school incentives from the general community to encourage academic excellence in KCCT and other testing.  The second year of the program also included the giveaway of a 2010 Toyota Yaris thanks to the generosity of Toyota of Hopkinsville.  To contribute to this worthwhile endeavor, send monetary support to:
