will be received at the Lackey Municipal Center, 101 North Main Street, Room 160,  P. O. Box 707, Hopkinsville, Kentucky 42241, until 10:00 a.m., local time, February 10, 2012 , at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud publicly in the Council Chamber, Second Floor, at the same address.
