City Launches Live Stream & Video on Demand of City TV Programming

Missed the last Hopkinsville City Council meeting or an episode of Conversations with the Mayor starring your grandson?  Not to worry.  The City of Hopkinsville announced today the launch of services that will allow you to access city television programming from your computer or mobile device day or night.

Thanks to Live Stream and Video on Demand, the public can enjoy City TV programming while on the go.  To access the footage, simply visit the city’s homepage and click on the blue City-TV link at the top of the page.  You can also access service links directly at www.hopkinsvilleky.us/citytv or www.hoptown.org/citytv

At this link, watch what’s currently airing on City TV from your computer, handheld, laptop, or any device that allows you to surf the web and view videos.

At this link, select specific programming to view.  Titles are listed from most current to oldest. 

Footage currently available includes:

  • October and November 2011 City Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings
  • The latest two episodes of Conversations with the Mayor  
  • Special interest videos regarding Operation Left Turn and the proposed Rail Trail project

 

Shows will continue to be available on City TV Channel 12.
