A Neighborhood Watch is a voluntary program organized by concerned citizens to reduce crime in their community.  By working with your local law enforcement agency, citizens can learn when and how to report suspicious actvities.  Neighborhood Watch meetings offer valuable information that helps neighbors cooperate effectively with one another.  It also promotes good security practices, makes more observant and caring neighbors, and boosts cooperation between citizens and law enforcement.  Any resident of the community can start or join a Neighborhood Watch.  If you are interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch or have any questions regarding a Neighborhood Watch please contact Officer Paul Ray of the Hopkinsville Police Department at 890-1522.
