2008 Community Education Summit
More than 400 people were in attendance for the first-ever Community Education Summit held January 12, 2008 at Hopkinsville Community College. The Summit provided an opportunity for parents, teachers, education administrators, community members and leaders to learn about the challenges facing our local system, as well as actions being taken locally, across the state and in the nation to address these challenges.
We strive to raise citizen awareness of the state of the Christian County Public Schools, to share what action we can take now to enrich public education, and to encourage more people to get involved in improving achievement in our local schools.
