38th Pennyroyal Juried Art Exhibition
The exhibition will be held September 29 through October 30, 2008 in the Gallery of the Auditorium Building of the Hopkinsville Community College at 720 North Drive, Hopkinsville, KY. Entry deadline is September 12, 2008.
The exhibit will feature the works of local and regional artists in the following categories: portrait and figure, still life, landscape, experimental (abstract, collage, non-representational), animal art, and 3-D (fiber, pottery, sculpture).
Awards will be presented during a reception Sunday, October 8, 3:00 pm in the Auditorium Gallery. The public is invited. Viewing hours that day are 2:00 - 4:00.
The exhibit is free and open to the public during the Gallery's normal hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 9:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Many of the original works of art will be for sale.
