Community Awareness Day: My Family & Me – Ready to Read on April 25th

Join the Christian County Literacy Council by celebrating “Community Awareness Day: My  Family & Me – Ready to Read” on Saturday, April 25.  Help us focus on the need for all parents and caregivers to read to their birth to 4-year old children at least 20 minutes a day.  Click here to pledge your commitment today.  Also, spread the word to your family, friends, churches, and community groups as we all strive to ensure our children are fully prepared for learning as they enter school.  Find more information on Project Ready to Read and the importance of early childhood literacy here.
